The shipping will be by ordinary postal service and the shipping costs will be according to the next table:

For purchases over 200€ the shipping costs are for free.
There are two payment methods:
For Spain the time of delivery is about 3 or 7 days and for the rest of the world is about 10 or 15.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 7 days since the date of reception to return it.
In first place, contact with us and tell us why you are returning the product via e-mail to cristina@p-pi.org. If we can not solve your problem then send the product to us, you should pay the shipping cost if the product is not faulty. Do not forget to give us you id and your order id.
The box and the product must be in perfect state and unused.
To use the purchase services in p-pi.org your personal data is needed. You dont need to fill up all the fields, only the required ones for shipping your order.
This data will be incorporated to a database from p[pi:], according to the established by article 4 from the Ley de Protección de datos (LPD), spanish Data Protection Law.
You can access to this data and modify them log in the shop or you can cancel them sending an e-mail to cristina@p-pi.org.
Do not be worried about this data because they are only for p[pi:] internal use and they won't be spread or shared with another firm.
